Terracotta Roof Restoration - Box Hill South
Our customer based in Box Hill South required a complete Roof Restoration on their Terracotta roof along with additional repairs to the skylight and front valley.
- The re-pointing of all ridge tiles and re-bedding where required,
- Re-pointing of gable tiles,
- Renewal of existing front valley,
- Replacement of broken tiles,
- Full pressure clean of roof and hose up of surrounding property,
- Additional repairs to skylight, resealing of sump box and installation of wakkaflex flashing.
Safety guard rail was installed to adhere with OHS regulation. Upon completion we cleaned gutters and all rubbish was removed from the property.
