The problem
This terracotta tiled roof in Blackburn had moss and lichen build up and also needed some repairs.

What we did
- Installed safety guard rail to comply with OH&S obligations
- Rebedded and repointed all ridge cappings
- Replaced two valleys with COLORBOND
- Replaced the broken tiles
- Renewed the existing chimney flashing
- Cleaned the worksite thoroughly at the end
