Roof Restoration Wantirna South
Our customer in Wantirna South needed a complete Roof Restoration to bring their roof back to a like new condition. We are extremely pleased with the result, you can see a full list of what our team did below:
- The full re-pointing of all ridge cappings and re-bedding where required,
- Replacement of 2 x valleys in COLORBOND,
- The renewal of remaining valleys (7),
- Replacement of upto 60 broken tiles,
- High pressure wash of entire roof,
- Application of premium roof membrane in colour "Dark Charcoal".
Safety guard rail was installed to adhere with OHS regulation. Upon completion we cleaned gutters and all rubbish was removed from the property.
