Roof Restoration Wantirna South
We partnered with a builder on a project in Wantirna South by carrying out the Roof Restoration aspect of works.
- The partial re-bedding and full re-pointing of all ridge cappings,
- The full re-bedding and full re-pointing of all gable tiles,
- Replacement of broken tiles (55),
- High pressure wash of entire roof,
- Application of premium roof membrane in colour "Slate Grey",
- Supply and install of one whirley bird.
Safety guard rail was installed to adhere with OHS regulation. Upon completion we cleaned gutters and all rubbish was removed from the property.
