Roof Restoration - Langwarrin
Our customer based in Langwarrin was in need of a complete Roof Restoration on their cement tiled roof.
- The re-pointing of all ridge tiles and re-bedding where required,
- Replacement of broken tiles,
- Full pressure clean of roof and hose up of surrounding property,
- Application of premium roof membrane in colour "Woodland Grey",
- Additional repairs including the re-sealing of all PVC pipe clips throughout the roof, soaker trays at dutch gables to be checked and repaired as required and valley tiles to be re-seated and clipped as required.
Safety guard rail was installed to adhere with OHS regulation. Upon completion we cleaned gutters and all rubbish was removed from the property.
