Terracotta Roof Restoration - Boronia
Our customer based in Boronia wanted their roof restored. This included a full high pressure clean to remove the moss/lichen along with the repairs listed below:
- The re-pointing of all ridge cappings and re-bedding where required,
- High pressure wash of entire roof,
- Replacement of broken tiles (15),
- The supply and installation of a wakkaflex flashing,
- Skylight maintenance,
- Additional repairs including the re-sealing of all 4 existing flue penetrations and the spray painting of the 2x flues on the front of the house, to match the roof.
Safety guard rail was installed to adhere with OHS regulation. Upon completion we cleaned gutters and all rubbish was removed from the property.
